Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Prodiges Talent platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Prodiges Talent provides AI-powered tools for job seekers, including: AI resume analysis and tailoring, AI cover letter generation, job offer evaluation, and AI interview practice. The Service operates via a conversational AI cockpit powered by Google Gemini.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Account & security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at support@prodiges-talent.com.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate any regulations.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service in bulk.
- Upload malicious files or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Misrepresent your identity or qualifications in applications submitted via the platform.
6. AI-generated content
All AI-generated content (resume improvements, cover letters, interview feedback, offer analysis) is provided for informational purposes only. Prodiges Talent does not guarantee employment outcomes. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of content submitted to employers.
7. Subscription & payments
Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds for annual plans may be requested within 14 days of purchase by contacting billing@prodiges-talent.com.
8. Intellectual property
Prodiges Talent and its licensors own all rights to the Service, including its software, design, and AI models. You retain ownership of the personal data and documents you upload.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prodiges Talent's total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. On termination, your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance by email or in-app notice.
